  1. Pricing

Pricing will be in the local currency.

Taxes and fees will be in line with each country’s Federal and local taxes.   This includes VAT and other associated taxes.

  1. Payment

Payment shall be made by electronic bank transfer.

Payment shall be required upon placement of the order and prior to dispatch of product.

An invoice shall be issued upon order placement and a receipt shall be issued upon payment.   It is recognized that in the majority of cases, this will be simultaneous.

  1. Faulty Goods

Goods should be checked upon receipt.  Acceptance of goods is taken as an assurance that they have been delivered in good order.

Any faults should be notified immediately, together with a detailed explanation, to : [email protected].

  1. Refunds

Refunds shall only be made on faulty goods.   We shall not accept a returned product if the goods are damaged or the sterility seal has been compromised as the sterility of the returned goods cannot be guaranteed.

  1. Cancellation of Orders

Orders may be cancelled up until the date of dispatch.   After this time, cancellation will not be possible.

Warranty

Goods shall be received in the correct condition and ready for use.   If this is not the case, then they shall be refused by the customer.

LRE System Ltd may accept links to other websites but on an individually agreed basis.

  1. Our Legal Duty

We are under a legal duty to supply goods that are in conformity with the contract.

  1. Law and Jurisdiction

This agreement (and any dispute, controversy, proceedings or claim of whatever nature in relation to them) shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with English law and the English courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction in relation thereto.

  1. Force Majeure

The supplier shall be under no liability to the customer in the event that its performance of the contract is affected wholly or in part by any restriction imposed by a Government or other competent authority, strikes, lock-outs, a failure in the supplier’s anticipated supplies of raw materials or by any other cause whatsoever which is beyond the supplier’s reasonable control.

  1. Waiver

Failure by the supplier to exercise or delay in exercising any of its rights under this contract shall not operate as a waiver of such rights and shall not prevent the supplier from subsequently enforcing any right or treating any breach by the customer as a breach.

  1. General

All the provisions of the contract shall be severable.   In the event that one or more of the provisions contained in the contract shall be invalid, illegal or unenforceable in any respect under any relevant law, the validity, legality and enforceability of the remaining provisions contained herein shall not in any way be affected or impaired thereby.

Breach by the customer of any of the obligations set out herein shall entitle the supplier to treat the contract as repudiated.
